Corrections are the most useful thing you can send us. So is telling us when we've stated something more confidently than the evidence supports.
We can't give personal advice
We're an editorial project, not a clinical service, and we're not qualified to advise on individual situations. Messages asking for help with a personal circumstance won't get a reply — not out of rudeness, but because answering badly would be worse than not answering. If you're struggling, please see our crisis resources or speak to a GP or therapist.

Useful things to send:
- Corrections. A factual error, a mischaracterised study, an unsourced statistic we shouldn't have repeated. Include the page URL if you can.
- Quote attributions. If you can show a quotation is misattributed, or provide a better primary source, we'll fix it.
- Broken links and accessibility problems. Both are bugs, and we'd like to know.
- Permissions. Requests to republish, translate or quote at length.
What to expect
We read everything. We can't reply to every message, but corrections get fixed and acknowledged. We aim to respond to anything substantive within a couple of weeks.
What this inbox isn't for
- Crisis support. If you're in crisis, please don't wait on an email — call or text 988 (US), 116 123 (UK), or find your local service at findahelpline.com.
- Personal advice. See the note above.
- Guest posts, sponsored content, or link requests. We don't publish any of them. There's no route to buying coverage here.
